Always looking to equip our entrepreneurs with the proven tools they need to create sustainable businesses, NBH offers Hub Online courses for small business owners to learn and grow at their own pace. From grasping P&L statements and minimum viable product, to understanding how to create a digital footprint for your brand, NBH small business courses are designed in collaboration with entrepreneurs. Taking into account the specific challenges faced by small businesses, NBH course offerings are based on the lean start-up methodology, positioning entrepreneurs with the tools they need to take inspired action.
Mentorship
Entrepreneurship can sometimes feel like you’re on a solo journey in rough, uncharted waters. Challenges often arise that can feel overwhelming and isolating, especially in today’s fast-paced digital world. In communities of color, the importance of mentorship —specifically in the world of entrepreneurship—is often overlooked and/or seemingly inaccessible.
At NBH, we are steadfast in breaking the cycle of inaccessibility, steadily building a community of leaders that will usher in a new wave, changing the face of the business landscape.
Consciouspreneur Live
A series of live* events developed to bring industry influencers from around the globe to promote leadership, motivation, education, and enrichment to The Hub’s core group of entrepreneurs. Each event will be a unique experience intended to inspire, build and expand networks, educate, and stimulate NBH’s core group of attendees and digital participants.

Consciouspreneur Podcast
Developed in conjunction with Consciouspreneur Live, Consciouspreneur Podcasts is a series of thought-provoking conversations that will serve to give NBH’s extended network valuable insight into the minds of industry thought leaders spanning from music, fintech, visual art, banking & finance, film, and much more.
These conversations will delve into the hard-hitting questions entrepreneurs really want to know about the real journey of these industry influentials and how they’ve navigated their paths to present day success. Consciouspreneur aims to provide its audience with an interactive, unique listenership experience, recorded in front of a live* audience.
